Introducing Adam Johan: The curly-haired, devil-eyed, part-time yogi and full-time purveyor of snark hailing from Edmonton, Canada. When he isn’t molding young minds as the headmaster of Night Vision’s Night School program, he’s jet-setting across the globe in search of the freshest, most exotic sweater-hoodies. On Let’s Pretend, Johan’s penchant for bright, vibrant aesthetics shines in every direction—from the buttery-smooth vocals of the sexy and soulful title track, to the summery pianos of Limbo, over the silly yet satisfying Get It Girl, and landing with a bang on the dance floor igniting Lose You. Never one to take himself too seriously, Johan’s Let’s Pretend is an unmissable exhibition in hair-tossing, hand flailing, dance-like-an-idiot fun.
Also making his Night Vision debut on Let's Pretend is visual artist and illustrator Felix Roos. Expect to see even more original work from Felix in the coming months. Who knows, some of it might end up in the online store.... ;)
